The "Hero's Journey" Sex Addiction Online Coaching is a 12-week individualized (one-on-one) psychoeducational class for men who are actively working their SAA recovery program and are interested in expanding their insight and growth by working every week on a task-centered treatment approach developed by Dr. Patrick Carnes, the leading expert on Sex Addiction.

If you have reached the moment where you've admitted that your sexual behaviors were out of control or you want to continue growing in your recovery, then this group is for you.

The following areas will be discuss during the process group:

Provide extensive information about Sex Addiction & Partner Trauma
Begin the first 7 out of 30 tasks developed by Dr. Carnes for the treatment of Sex Addiction.
Discuss in length the 12-Steps of Sex Addiction
Break free from denial & face your unmanageability
Learn the fundamentals of Recovery & avoid relapse
Discuss Sex Addiction & Spirituality
Learn about Healthy Sexuality
Learn new Communication Skills
Learn to Meditate

Details:

Each participant will commit to attending all 12 weeks
The class meets weekly on Thursdays from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The cost of the group is $125 per person/per class session
Each participant will receive The Facing the Shadows workbook
